Every year in December, Shams-Ul-Huda Football Academy (SHFA) organizes its Annual Talent Hunt to identify promising young footballers from across Bangladesh. More than 1,500 aspiring players participate in the selection process annually, with approximately 2,500 participants in the previous year. Following a series of competitive trials and assessments conducted by experienced coaches, only 15–20 players are selected for admission to the academy’s development programme for a year.
