  • Application forms have been released for admission of new students in two batches for the 2026 academic year. Form price: 100 Taka only.
  • Age groups:
    • Batch 1: 13 to 14 years
    • Batch 2: 15 to 16 years (Age calculated as of 1 January 2026)
  • Where to collect the application form:
    • Directly from Shamsul Huda Football Academy office

  • Form collection & submission period: 25 November 2025 to 19 December 2025 (till 8:00 AM) Candidates must bring the filled application form on the trial day.Required documents to attach with the form:
    • 2 copies of passport-size photographs
    • Photocopy of Birth Registration Certificate
  • Selection Trial (Practical Test): Date: 19 December 2025 (Friday) Time: From 8:00 AM onwards
